For our client, a leading multinational technology company specializing in internet-related services and products, we are currently seeking an UX Writer & Content Designer (m/f/d) for a temporary assignment based in Munich.Ref.: 117574Description:As a UX Writer & Content Designer, you’ll drive positive change by shaping clear, scalable, user-centered content experiences. You’ll influence product direction through thoughtful language, strategic design thinking, and deep collaboration with cross-functional partners. Your work spans from crafting end-to-end narratives to designing frameworks and systems that elevate product quality and consistency.You bring expertise in UX principles, content design, user-centered product development, and research methodologies. You’ll help teams align around a shared product vision and deliver cohesive, intuitive experiences that support business objectives and delight users.Key ResponsibilitiesChampion user experience through principled, well-reasoned, and data-driven content and UX decisionsAdvocate for the inclusion of all UX functions throughout the design process.Build alignment with key stakeholders (e.g., marketing, legal, engineering) to articulate product narratives, mission, and principlesUse data, metrics, and market insights to evaluate product impact and guide design directionCreate UX solutions informed by user insights, business needs, and industry trends; partner with teams to meet key KPIsDrive continuous improvements in UX through user research, stakeholder input, and strategic content designSupport project scoping, prioritization, and resource planning while identifying opportunities to enhance Product Excellence (e.g., accessibility, localization)Apply or define UX frameworks, patterns, and systems; create mockups, prototypes, or content flows to communicate ideas and move the product vision forwardEstablish holistic UX processes and scalable writing/design patterns across teams or productsDevelop innovative solutions that anticipate user needs and evolving constraintsGuide UX teams in concept development and research/testing, or conduct research independentlyIdentify and solve user comprehension challenges through thoughtful information architecture and language designYour profile:Proficiency in:Data analysis, synthesis & planningUX writing & content designProduct design fundamentalsInformation architectureUX research methodologiesUser behavior & behavioral insightsCraftsmanship and design sensibilityStorytelling & presentation skillsSystems thinkingProduct development lifecycleIndustry trends & interactive technologyTeam management and cross-functional collaborationFor over 30 years, Nash direct has been helping remarkable people to win exciting roles at world-leading technology companies in Germany.
