Overall Purpose of The Job To work as an integrated member of the Crewing team assisting about payroll duties. Management the payroll issues according the national labor requirements and accordance the CBA of each clients.

Key Responsibilities And Tasks Receiving monthly payroll from third party company and Crewing department, checking all documentation for accuracy and consistency and pass to Accounts Department for processing in accordance with agreed timescales. Assisting in the processing of Crew P&I claims. Submission of monthly report of hired and dismissed crew members. Carrying out dismissal process and follow up of homologation in trade unions. Make notes on the employee’s labor book, as well as keep them updated. Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of client payrolls processing including calculations and net payments in accordance with the client instructions.

Maintain current client payroll records. Support for possible audit files. Attend internal/external meetings in relation to clients as and when necessary. Maintain procedure notes in relation each client. Any other matters as may be required by the Fleet or Crew Manager in the efficient running of the Office. What can I expect in return? V.
