As we continue to grow across complex infrastructure and construction sectors, we’re looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and support our back-office operations.Role SummaryYou will manage the day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records of the business, ensuring that our accounting data is accurate, compliant, and supports project-based decision-making. You’ll be working closely with our CFO, payroll, finance and operations to keep our books in order and provide timely reporting.Qualifications and Skills● Proven bookkeeping experience in a construction or project-based environment desirable.● Must have advanced experience with MYOB (setup, daily entries, reporting, reconciling).● Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting.● Excellent communication and organizational skills.● Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles.● Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.● Attention to detail and confidentiality with financial data.● Strong problem-solving skills.● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Excel.Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping● Record daily financial transactions (invoices, receipts, expenses, payroll).● Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.● Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.● Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries.● Assist with BAS, GST, and compliance reporting (if applicable).● Work with external/internal accountants as needed.● Use and manage MYOB for all financial transactions — this is non-negotiable: you must be proficientand confident using MYOB.Administrative Assistance● Handle email correspondence and respond to client inquiries.● Maintain and update customer and supplier records.● Prepare quotes, contracts, and service agreements.● Monitor compliance paperwork and licenses relevant to the Formwork industry.● Provide general office and admin support to management.● Writing and maintaining records● Data entry from emails to crm
