Client Support & OnboardingSend and manage onboarding documents, contracts, and welcome emails.Ensure clients have access to all tools, dashboards, and resources.Follow up via email/SMS to gather assets and confirm progress.Maintain accurate client records and project updates.Administrative & OperationsManage the agency inbox — respond, forward, and flag key messages.Track deliverables, notes, and updates inside GoHighLevel and Airtable.Prepare reports, screenshots, and updates for reviews.Support leadership with scheduling, communications, and task coordination.Social Media ManagementCreate and schedule branded posts using Canva for Facebook & Instagram.Manage engagement (comments, messages) and maintain brand tone.Repurpose marketing clips, testimonials, and webinar content for posts.Webinar & Event SupportPrepare slides, materials, and tech setup for bi-monthly webinars.Join live sessions to assist attendees, monitor chat, and resolve issues.Coordinate with the team for a smooth, professional experience.🧠 What You BringProven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Support Specialist.Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.Proficient in Canva and social media management tools.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Working knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) is highly preferred.Familiarity with Airtable or Google Sheets (a plus).Comfortable using webinar platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).Part time, 5 hours. Mon-FriFlexible schedule. $300 montly, paid via Binance / Zelle
