We’re Hiring: Data Analyst – Tableau 📍 Location: Chennai (Remote) 🕒 Experience: 3+ Years 📅 Notice Period: Immediate Joiners 👤 Reporting To: Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong Tableau expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data analysis, data modeling, data visualization, and business intelligence tools. You will transform raw data into meaningful insights using Tableau dashboards, support decision-making processes, and help drive business value. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights Identify data trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvements Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using Apache Airflow or similar tools Lead and mentor a team of data engineers; review performance and guide career development Plan, coordinate, and deliver data projects within timelines Design scalable and efficient data architectures and workflows Ensure robust documentation of processes and dashboards for transparency Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to align project goals Required Technical Skills:
Tableau (advanced level) Strong SQL skills Data modeling & data warehousing concepts ETL Tools (preferably Apache Airflow) Optimization and tuning of data pipelines Familiarity with Hadoop infrastructure and/or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other BI tools like Power BI or Looker Background in statistics, data science, or business intelligence Knowledge of Python or scripting for data automation Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Leadership skills and a proactive approach to team management Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Additional Requirements:
