You will play a key role in executing the strategic growth plan and will bring structure to the team's commercial processes. Additionally, you will develop new sales models and apply your commercial acumen to build a strong, customer-centric partner network.What will you do?As CCO at Omnidots, you will have overall responsibility for all commercial activities. You will manage the sales, marketing, and customer success teams (currently 6 FTEs) and work closely with the CEO, CTO, and COO to realize the international growth strategy. Clients include consultancies, engineering firms, and contractors.Tasks And ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the commercial team (including the Head of Sales) to a higher level of performance.Focus on sales in the US and Germany.Develop and implement commercial strategies for international growth.Ensure customer satisfaction as the foundation for sustainable growth.Collaborate with the CEO, CTO, and COO at a strategic level.What We OfferAt Omnidots, you will join a dynamic team where teamwork, freedom, and initiative are central.
