Job Description

Our client is seeking a Corporate Contract Analyst to support contract lifecycle operations and negotiation across a multi-division enterprise. This role sits within the legal function and offers significant visibility to cross-functional teams including sales, operations, IT, and finance. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in contract review and negotiation, as well as the ability to manage contract-related data and workflows with precision. Responsibilities:

Draft, analyze, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, consulting agreements, and business associate agreementsEvaluate business and legal risks in contract terms, and escalate issues as needed to attorneys or business stakeholdersInterpret complex contract language and advise internal teams on obligations, rights, and key deliverablesRecommend revisions and alternative provisions to protect business interests while supporting deal flowMaintain contract templates, clause libraries, and legal playbooks in collaboration with legal and compliance teamsTrack and manage contract data using contract lifecycle tools; ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibilityIdentify opportunities to improve contract workflows and assist in implementing contract governance processesSupport audits and ensure data integrity through periodic reviews of archived agreementsCollaborate with legal, sales, finance, HR, and IT to align contract terms with operational goals and risk postureQualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a corporate legal departmentStrong track record of independently negotiating and analyzing commercial agreementsProficiency in contract lifecycle management tools and software such as DocuSign, Adobe, and Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage a high volume of contracts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionallyExperience drafting policy, process documentation, or contract playbooks is a plusDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
