ValCUN is searching for a seasoned CEO to join its exciting journey to transform the metal AM industry. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a successful track-record in bringing an early stage technology company to the next level in its life cycle, including go-to-market leadership and P&L ownership. He/she should have a keen technological interest, perform well under pressure and have significant international experience. The CEO will both navigate the company internally, with a focus on the business functions of the company, and externally, with customers, partners and investors.  Expected tasksDefine and drive a clear go-to-market & scaling strategy to strengthen ValCUN’s brand, offerings, pricing, sales channels, customer acquisition, account management, and strategic partnerships Take full P&L ownership, and deliver timely, accurate reporting on the company’s performance during Board meetings. Ensure the effective implementation of the company’s strategy by optimizing ValCUN’s human capital work processes, and sales & marketing efforts.
Provide inspired leadership to the employees of the company and motivate them to go the extra mile. Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company and ensure the company is operating with efficiency towards achieving its goals, while remaining in compliance with all relevant rules and regulations. Develop and nurture relationships with the investors’ community and public funds to obtain various forms of financing.  Expected competencesCommercial Leadership Over Technical Focus: A business-oriented CEO who can turn technical innovation into commercial success.

CxO) in a fast growing, international B2B company with capital equipment activities.
Proven track record in the manufacturing industry, with expertise in developing and selling capital equipment DESIREDExperience in additive manufacturingExperience with M&A, investor pitching & capital round processes.
