What Are We Looking ForMinimum of 4 years of experience in designing digital products Previous experience in a software development or design agency is a plusExperience in developing B2B business solutions (web and mobile), with a portfolio showcasing your workProficient in visual design and wireframing tools (we use Figma); capable of drafting user experience (UX) wireframes and designing beautiful user interfaces (UI)Fluent in English, as we work internationallyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, because you will have a client-facing responsibilityAbility to discuss and explain UX and UI options with both tech and non-tech audiencesDetail-oriented approach with the ability to keep a broader perspective in mindStrong critical thinking and user-centered problem-solving skillsetEligibility to work in CroatiaWhat Will You DoDesign web and mobile apps from scratchCommunicate with clients about digital products, understand their needs, and translate them into user flows and interfaces.
