Job SummaryAs the Head of Finance for North America, you will be responsible for the financial integrity, reporting, compliance and performance monitoring of Valiantys’ operations across the region. Working closely with the regional General Manager, the Group CFO and their direct reports, you will provide insightful, actionable financial analysis that supports strategic decision-making, plans execution and sustainable growth in line with the company and regional vision and strategy.
This position plays a central role in maintaining sound financial governance in a fast-paced, multi-entity and international environment, including a U. S. Federal entity with stringent information-sharing restrictions. You will set the strategic direction and vision for the regional finance team, while upholding high standards of reporting, cash management and financial control under a Private Equity ownership structure.

You’ve demonstrated proven leadership in successfully leading international finance teams, often operating remotely across multiple entities and time zones. Your background includes exposure to private equity or LBO settings, and experience with U. S. government clients or organizations handling restricted information is a strong plus. You are highly proficient in Excel, comfortable with ERP systems such as NetSuite, and ideally familiar with Kyriba. You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, and preferably a CPA, CA, CMA or equivalent professional designation.
