About the RoleSigmar are working with a leading life sciences company seeking a Validation Manager to lead site validation activities across equipment, processes, utilities, and automated systems. You will ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement and digital validation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as site SME for validation, including CSV, cleaning, process, and equipment.Lead preparation and execution of the Site Validation Master Plan.Manage validation for key site and strategic projects.Approve protocols, reports, and qualification documentation.Oversee validation deviations, change controls, and periodic reviews.Support investigations, RCA, and continuous improvement.Promote a strong safety and quality culture on site.RequirementsDegree in Science or Engineering.5+ years’ experience in a senior validation, quality, or engineering role within pharma or life sciences.Strong knowledge of cGMP, data integrity, and Computer System Validation (CSV).Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
