This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with a background in validation to further their career. The role is cross-functional and key to developing the client’s validation processes.Key Responsibilities:Generate, execute, and close out validation projects for existing and new product introductionsParticipate in project teams, determine schedules, and define appropriate validation levelsExecute and document risk assessments related to validation activitiesInvestigate and resolve deviations during qualification activitiesSupport departmental and site objectives, including assigned projectsFoster positive cross-functional relationshipsAssess validation needs (e.g., new equipment, change controls), monitor project status, and provide timely updatesMaintain validation status through reports and meetings, collaborating with project managersEnsure GMP compliance and stay informed on validation innovationsDevelop and execute validation protocols, review change controls, and prepare documentationContribute to validation standards and support departmental growthRepresent the client professionally to management and auditors, supporting inspectionsLiaise with QA personnel to complete project documentation within defined timeframesAbout You:Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related disciplineMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a GMP environmentExperience in validation projects and end-to-end qualification (URS, IQ/OQ/PQ)Knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration systems and automationStrong communication skills, including presenting technical information to non-SME audiencesCommitted to delivering outstanding customer serviceSelf-starter with the ability to drive long-term objectivesQuick to gather, understand, analyse, and interpret information and conceptsA proactive, solution-focused team playerFor further information, contact Alan on alan@accpro.ie
