Our team is passionate about science, innovation, and doing things the right way — not the easy way.The Opportunity:We are seeking a Validation Technician/ Scientist to join our Quality Assurance Technical team. This is fixed term contract for 3 months to assist over a busy period.  In this role, you’ll be responsible for the design, implementation and completion of validation protocols and reports required to thoroughly test the functionality, performance, and reliability of new and existing equipment, processes and systems. This position plays a vital part in safeguarding product integrity and upholding GESLabs’ commitment to excellence.What You’ll Do:Execute and document validation and qualification activities for equipment, utilities, processes, and computerized systems.Prepare and review validation protocols, reports, and supporting documentation.Conduct requalification or revalidation following equipment changes or deviations.Support investigations, CAPAs, and change controls related to validated systems.Work closely with the validation, production, QA and QC teams to ensure that validations are thorough and complete. QA technical team will support the successful candidate.What You’ll Bring:Degree or diploma in Science, Engineering, or related discipline.Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device validation preferred.Sound understanding of GMP principles, validation lifecycle, and data integrity requirements.Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.A proactive, analytical mindset with excellent communication skills. Why Join Us?At GESLabs, you’ll join a young, innovative, and passionate team working at the forefront of biotech manufacturing.
