The role focuses on vehicles, hybrid powertrains, and automatic transmissions, within a highly technical and innovative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, supervise, and execute automotive validation and test campaigns.Analyze and solve technical issues related to powertrain and transmission systems.Represent validation activities across the organization and liaise with internal teams and clients.Apply structured work and problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, root cause analysis).Contribute to the preparation and optimization of automotive test facilities.Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of engineers or test technicians.Profile / RequirementsCandidate ProfileMaster's degree in Automotive Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive sector, ideally with hybrid powertrains and automatic transmissions.Experience in technically leading a team.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Customer-focused, flexible, persistent, and results-oriented.Excellent communication skills and ability to represent validation within the organization.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Tools & Technical SkillsVECTOR CANape / CANalyserAVL-CRETAINCAMATLABDesired QualitiesProactive problem prevention through structured work methods.Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.Solution-oriented, autonomous, and organized in managing responsibilities.BenefitsAttractive salary package, additional statutory leave days, mobility package (car or public transport subscription), DKV health insurance, group insurance, meal vouchers, eco-vouchers, etc
