We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Valuation Consultant to join our Real Estate Valuation team. This role is a great entry point for someone who wants to build a career in valuation and consulting. You’ll work with experienced professionals on projects related to both real estate and machinery & equipment valuation. Success in this role means being curious, analytical, and dependable - omeone who can work with data, think critically, and meet deadlines.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of valuation reports for real estate and machinery assetsConduct market research and gather relevant data to support valuation assumptionsSupport senior consultants with documentation, analysis, and presentation materialsEnsure all deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with internal standardsParticipate in site visits when necessaryQualificationsStrong Microsoft Excel skills (confident with formulas, logical structuring, formatting)Ability to think analytically and explain your logic clearlyAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field (or final-year student)Strong verbal and written communication skills (Russian and/or English)Prior experience in valuation, audit, or financial modeling is a plus, but not mandatory
