Company DescriptionJob DescriptionVAM Systems is currently looking for CRM Project Manager for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets and terms & conditions: OBJECTIVES AND DELIVERABLES: Provide project leadership to ensure the smooth and timely implementation of the new CRM system. Manage the vendor selection process and oversee contract negotiations Ensure successful integration of the CRM. Develop a structured project management framework to track progress, mitigate risks, and meet deadlines. Oversee change management and user adoption, ensuring that staff are adequately trained and supported. Ensure compliance with Bahrain’s data protection laws and GDPR.
Drive post-implementation system enhancements to optimise performance. Key Deliverables: Validated CRM requirement document, aligning business needs with system capabilities. Contractual agreements and SLAs with the chosen CRM provider. Detailed project timeline, resource allocation plan, and risk management framework. End-to-end implementation oversight, including system configuration, integration, and testing. Comprehensive user training programme and post-implementation support strategy. Post-implementation review and performance assessment report. The Project Manager must ensure that all technical drawings are provided to clearly outline the CRM system’s architecture, integration points with existing systems, and workflows.
