Optional: Knowledge of Helpdesk ticketing system. Desirable: Network Certifications Network+/CCNAKey responsibilities & competencies:
Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. Performing on-site installations and support. Install and maintain desktop technologies (Desktops, Laptops, Phones, Monitors, Printers, etc. )Install and configure Windows and other desktop software. Configure and manage connectivity and storageJoining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)Additional InformationTerms and conditions: Joining time frame: maximum 4 weeks
