In This Function, You WillDrive Talent Data for the Maison, monitor and ensure consistent use of Talent Desktop across regionsWork on Talent Tools & Systems adoption, coordinate digitalization initiatives and serve as liaison with the Goup on Talent Management topicsOrganize and conduct annual training sessions on talent systems, Career Committee processes, and reporting. Create clear documentation and foster best practice sharingOnboard new team members of the Talent Management community on relevant topicsCreate and collaborate with all relevant Teams on future Talent ProgramsMore than a role….
