Objective:Support the implementation of the Mercedes-Benz Vans Product Strategy for the Mexican market, assisting in maintaining an optimal product line-up by analyzing equipment, safety, technology, and connectivity features, helping to differentiate from direct competitors while supporting competitive price positioning.Day to day (main tasks): Support the creation and optimization of the product portfolio according to market needs, product logic, trim lines, and optional equipment. Monitor market trends, competitor launches, events, and pricing. Assist in Product Lifecycle Management and Pricing Management, including BEA/AEA (Before and After Equipment Adjustments) analysis.Maintain Product Master Data in coordination with HQ for vehicle production, deploy technical information, trigger homologation processes, ensure systems readiness, and perform related tasks.Contribute to marketing materials such as technical sheets, brochures, and online front-end content. Oversee the deployment of Product Information (PI) pages, online store vehicle configurations, and product equipment descriptions.Lead the coordination of Sales, After-Sales, Ordering, and Dealer Development teams to ensure proper setup and readiness for new product launches in Mexico.Conduct product training sessions for dealer agents and Mercedes-Benz employees and serve as a speaker at events and corporate affairs. Profile:Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Strategic Management.Previous experience: 2 - 3 years in similar position/ Automotive Industry experience.Languages: Advanced EnglishAdditional Qualifications: MS Office with an advanced focus on Excel and Power Point.
