Job Description

We’re Hiring: Business Analyst – Sydney or Melbourne. Experience: Ideally 2– 4 Years in Fintech, Trading, or Financial Services. About the RoleThis role is pivotal in supporting decision-making through data-driven insights, process analysis, and strategic planning. You will collaborate closely with global teams across product, operations, compliance, marketing, and finance to identify opportunities, streamline execution, and track performance. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze key business metrics, client trends, and product performance to inform strategic decisions. Work with stakeholders to gather and define business and functional requirements. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to support performance monitoring and forecasting. Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across global markets. Identify inefficiencies in processes and propose data-backed solutions. Prepare presentations, business cases, and performance updates for senior management.

Assist in evaluating new markets, competitors, and product offerings to guide regional strategy. Coordinate with technology and product teams to ensure alignment on data-driven enhancements. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related discipline. 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in fintech, trading, or financial services. Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with trading platforms (MT4/MT5) or brokerage client journey is a plus. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional global teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
