Country Operations & Market Entry Manager – Zimbabwe

Be the first to launch and lead Vanzbon’s operations in Zimbabwe! We’re looking for a corporate services professional who can navigate Zimbabwean authorities, manage company formation, compliance, visas, and government liaison – with a clear path to becoming our Country Head / Managing Partner. About VanzbonVanzbon is a global corporate services provider operating in 16+ countries, helping businesses set up, operate, and expand internationally. Our services include company formation, tax & accounting compliance, corporate secretarial services, immigration, and government liaison.

We are now building our presence in Zimbabwe and seeking our first key hire who can deliver client projects immediately while establishing our local operations. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with company incorporation in Zimbabwe (e. g. , Private Limited Company – (Pvt) Ltd, Branch, Representative Office), liaising with the Registrar of Companies. Coordinate business licenses and permits with local authorities and councils. Manage tax registration, VAT filings, and liaise with the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA). Support applications for investment licenses (ZIDA) and special economic zone registrations. Handle work permit and residence visa applications with the Immigration Department.

Build and manage a reliable network of accountants, law firms, and service providers. Act as the primary contact for Zimbabwean client projects, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Accounting, or related field. Fluency in English (required). Knowledge of Shona or Ndebele is an advantage but not required. 3–5+ years of experience in corporate services, legal admin, accounting/tax, immigration, or government liaison. Knowledge of Zimbabwean corporate regulations and administrative processes. Strong organisational and project management skills; self-motivated and trustworthy.
