Penn State Health - Hershey Medical Center Location: US:PA: HersheyWork Type: PRNFTE: 0.001Shift: VariedEvening Shift Differential:$2.00/hourNight Shift Differential:$2.50/hourHours: varied dayshift, on call rotation, and possible late afternoon/evening shift timesRecruiter Contact: Melissa Leota at mleota@pennstatehealth.psu.edu SUMMARY OF POSITION: Responsible to perform diagnostic studies utilizing duplex ultrasound technology, continuous wave Doppler and other noninvasive vascular assessment technologies.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Two year formal ultrasound program and RVT eligibility required at time of hire. If recent graduate (less than 6 months) certification required within 6 months of hire. (OR) Current RVT through ARDMS with 2 year's experience in a dedicated vascular laboratory required. BLS certification required within 3 months of hire PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in noninvasive vascular scanning in an accredited vascular lab preferred. On-the-job experience is preferred but a 6-month clinical externship in a dedicated vascular laboratory setting is acceptable. WHY PENN STATE HEALTH?
