Gather and analyze business needs through interviews, workshops, and document reviewDocument and model current and future state business processes to identify improvement opportunitiesTranslate business needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirementsCollaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on impact and feasibilitySupport validation and testing efforts to ensure solutions meet business expectationsAct as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure mutual understandingFacilitate meetings and workshops to align on goals, processes, and system changesAt our company you will be working with the latest technology, and you will have the chance to advance and further grow your career.

And you?~2 years of experience in a Business Analyst roleProven experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirementsStrong understanding of business process modeling toolsExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilityExperience in Business Analysis within an HR project is a big advantage
