This role will report directly to the VP of Operations. What You'll DoEngage and own the commercial relationship with our key commodity supplierscomponent distributors.

Build, Lead and develop a high functioning team responsible for Strategic Sourcing. Key Commodity Management. Responsible for cost negotiations, continuity of supply/service, and risk management. Coordinate quarterly supplier technology/product roadmap reviews. Negotiate Long Term Agreements “LTA” to ensure long range continuity of supplyDrive operational and cost efficiencies through process or design change. Thrive in a rapidly changing environment and constantly drive excellence across theirown responsibilities and that of team members and partners. Leverage cross-functional, internal relationships to effectively collaborate withstakeholders. Make smart decisions with the information available, think and stayfocused under pressure.

Scale new and existing supply partners and execute creative and strategic commercialdeals to achieve goals around total cost, supply, quality.
