What You'll DoProvide technical support to customer by listening, asking questions, researching, and troubleshooting to resolving workstation issuesThoroughly document updates, progress, and resolutions for all tickets through closureImprove customer knowledgebase by writing and maintaining documentationWork towards meeting and exceeding the IT Service Desk goals as defined by the service level agreementsAssist co-workers in times of need to ensure everyone is successful and customer issues are handled timelyCommunicate with your peers and other teams on major issues and escalate as neededIdentify opportunities for improvements and work towards implementationTechnical SkillsExperience with Windows 10 / 11Working knowledge of Office 365 to include Teams and OneDriveUnderstanding of Cisco VPN configuration and connection testingExposure to TeamViewer and/or other remote-control toolsFamiliarity with MS Entra, Azure, Intune, and Active DirectoryWhat You'll Need4-Year Bachelor's Degree from a University - PreferredMinimum of 2-Years Associate Degree from a Technical School 0-2 Years IT ExperienceMust have Organization and Time Management Skills.
