Vehicle Handover Specialist

We are seeking a Vehicle Handover Specialist to join our Sales Team at our Volkswagen dealership in Liffey Valley. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role at a time when Volkswagen is introducing many new and innovative models to the Irish market.The ideal candidate will have a passion for Volkswagen vehicles, a strong attention to detail, and the enthusiasm to learn from a highly experienced, process-driven sales team. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough vehicle checks prior to customer handover, ensuring: The vehicle is fueled/charged, all accessories are correctly fitted and all manuals, documentation, and handover forms are reviewed with the customer.Deliver an exceptional handover experience, including full demonstration of vehicle features and technology.Assist customers in pairing mobile devices and customising vehicle settings (e.g. radio stations, preferences).Create personalised vehicle videos to enhance transparency and customer trust.Conduct post-handover follow-up calls to ensure complete customer satisfaction.Arrange follow-up appointments to assist customers with any additional technical queries.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the full Volkswagen range, features, and accessories.Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.Ensure the showroom and outdoor vehicle displays are presented to the highest standard.Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and in person.Activate VW We Connect on all vehicles delivered.Activate Automatic Service Scheduling using Frank Keane as the Preferred Service Partner.Encourage all customers to leave their feedback on their experience via manufacturer survey system. Key Skills & AttributesFull, clean Irish driving licence.Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Energetic, self-motivated, and ambitious personality.Ability to follow structured processes and take direction from multiple stakeholders.Confident communicator, comfortable working across departments.Genuine interest in cars (Volkswagen knowledge an advantage).A flair for photography and video presentation is highly desirable.What We OfferComprehensive hands-on training and career development opportunities.Competitive salary and performance-based bonus structure.Opportunity to work within an experienced, customer-focused team in a premium automotive environment.Our mission is to set the standard for excellence in the automotive retail industry.We are driven to enable our people to provide customers with an innovative, personalised and premium experience at every stage of their journey to build lasting relationships, commitment and trust for the road ahead.We are Frank Keane Volkswagen.To Apply:Please send your CV and a short cover letter outlining why you are the ideal candidate for this role via the email link below.Please note: We do not require agency or third-party assistance for this vacancy.
