Target: The vehicle business owner is responsible for the cost, efficiency, and satisfaction results of the vehicle business, and provides safe, fast, and comfortable travel services for employees.Job Description:Plan and manage local vehicle services: Analyze the adaptation of business model selection based on the characteristics of local travel service resource supply and employees' travel service requirements and determine the business model selection of local vehicles.Vehicle quantity configuration and vehicle service rules and develop local vehicle management business regulations.Routinely provide local vehicle services, including handling vehicle service requirements, designing service solutions, and providing service resources. Opening and amount of online car hire employee accountsManagement; vehicle monetization qualification review and monetization subsidy application.Manage the entry and exit of local vehicles: regularly check the entry of newly leased vehicles, put resources on the shelf, hand over leased vehicles, regularly review vehicle safety baselines, and manage and record abnormal service termination of vehicles.Ensure the consistency of vehicle resources with inventory accounts and goods.Be responsible for the safety management of local vehicles: organize and implement safety training through the safety management of vehicle equipment, the review of driver qualification, and the monitoring and regular evaluation of driving behavior, and formulate traffic accident emergency response.Preplans and other measures to ensure the safety of vehicle operation.Manage local vehicle suppliers' service indicators: Regularly review and correct supplier service indicators by developing supplier service SLAs, KPIs, and incentive mechanisms, implement assessment and incentive measures, and promote local vehicle supply.Continuously improve service quality and operation efficiency.Manage local vehicle acceptance and charging: Be responsible for local vehicle service acceptance, including vehicle rental days, service mileage acceptance, and statistics, check, and acceptance of driver incentive fees and travel expenses.Manage the utilization efficiency of local vehicles: Effectively manage the idleness of vehicles and monitor the inefficient use of vehicles to reduce the waste of resources during the use of vehicles.
