Full Time Stock Controller - Multi-Brand Dealership Group!Are you highly organised with an eye for detail and a passion for the motor industry? Representing 8 brands across two locations, including Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Subaru, GWM, Chery, MG and LDV we pride ourselves on exceeding our customer's expectations.About The RoleThis is a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of vehicle stock across multiple brands. You’ll be responsible for accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of new and used vehicle inventory.As part of a fun, close-knit team, you’ll enjoy the support and collaboration of your colleagues, while also being a valued member of the wider administration team across the group!Why choose us? We ProvideGreat employee benefits including discounts on vehicles, servicing, parts, and access to benefits with our other brands Brisbane Camperland, East Coast Commercials and Annual Pest Management.The opportunity to be part of a professional and reputable DealershipOpportunities for future advancementFamily-owned dealer groupOngoing training and personal development.A Little About YouDo you have:Pleasant telephone manner and exceptional customer service skillsPrevious experience in stock control and administration within the automotive industry preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.Proficient with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), experience with ERA, Pentana (preferred).Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.Clear communication skills and a strong team player.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle stock records across multiple brands.Coordinate vehicle movements between dealerships, holding yards, and customers.Prepare compliance paperwork and ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements.Liaise with sales, service, and administration teams to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.Produce timely reports on stock levels, registrations, and compliance status.Assist management with audits and stocktakes.Our customer-focused culture offers a fantastic platform for you to learn, grow, and thrive.
