Junior Customer Service Consultant

Job DescriptionVELUX is a Danish manufacturing company that specializes in roof windows, blinds and skylights. We are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our team based in Brasov, Romania. As a member of our customer service team, you will be supporting our customers (end users but also construction companies, wholesalers, dealers) assisting them on the showroom, responding questions, solving claim and providing the best service through different communication channels (in person, by phone, e-mail, tickets, chat). The team is working locally and dealing mainly with Romanian customers, there are no shifts or weekends, and the working schedule is fixed. Your daily tasks will be:

Providing professional customer service to various customers (in person on the showroom, by phone or e-mail, chat, tickets)Processing orders in SAP and preparing commercial offersCustomer inquiries, advice on offered products and logistics mattersCooperation with aftersales team in registration and conduct of complaint processesParticipation in projects to improve processes within the departmentAdministration tasks which are related to customer serviceOur expectations:

Ideally around 1-2 years of experience in customer service roleGood knowledge of both English and Romanian languageAttitude to understanding customer needs, ability to actively listenSales and customer care specific competencies - excellent communication and negotiation skills - good sense of sales, problem solving skillsInitiative in action (improving self-work) and focus on tasksAbility to multitaskKnowledge of SAP is advantageProactive approach and Sales oriented skillsTeam player – very importantWe offer: We offer you a job in a company with a Scandinavian working culture.
