We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our dynamic IT team to be based in Seoul, Korea. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, and project-based work. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, a strong communicator, and passionate about technology. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (laptops, printers, etc. ). Help manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. Document IT processes, procedures, and technical guides.

Provide first-level technical support to internal users. Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and compliance tasks. RequirementsCurrently pursuing a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments. Knowledge of networking and cloud fundamentals are a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
