Job Description

Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records and communicate any machine faults to the client Ensure a high level of customer service within the area of responsibilityTo report and where possible take action when faced with customer complaintsEnsure that the machine are properly stocked and clean Assist with stock takes and replinshment of stock Monitor the front of house and back of house in the coffee shop during peak hours daily Liaising with all Brand Reps concerning sales and promotionsEnsuring all service needs of members and their guests are metMust be able to work on a cash registerMust know his / her brands in premium coffees and teasFull setting up of work/service station timeously and correctlyPreparing and service of beveragesSkills and CompetenciesGood communication skills Flexibility with regards to working hoursClient oriented Trustworthy and ReliableAttention to detailsMust enjoy practical and methodical workHave good hand-eye coordinationHave good personal hygieneHave good communication skillsMust be able to work as part of a teamQualificationsMatric 1-2 years experience as a vending assistant
