Business Analyst Vendor ManagementJob SummaryAnalyze data and processes to select, onboard, and monitor vendors to ensure they meet organizational goals, mitigate risks, and align with business strategiesResponsibilitiesDefine and deliver metrics, reporting platforms, dashboards, and analytical models vital for tracking and managing the business Provide analyses for large datasets necessary for decisions using actionable insights Identify business challenges and initiate process improvement projects Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Supporting Merchandise and Employee Reimbursement vendorsResponsible for Tier-1 technical support across all vendor modules, including SKU creation, compliance, spare parts, customer management, and purchase order (PO) managementDeliver internal KPI dashboards and reports, including ServiceNowProvide support during the implementation of recommended changes Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.? Work with stakeholders to understand the organization's goals, challenges, and areas for improvement Provide information on analytic results to business and functional leaders using visualizations to communicate data and metrics, including data maps ExperienceBachelor's Degree and relevant experience in Compliance, Industrial Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Data Science, or similar fields. Advanced data analysis skills for large sets of data with a stated end goal Experience in supporting technology platforms, understanding the issue then communicating resolution required to software developers Experience identifying issue root cause and developing a solution Ability to effectively identify and resolve issues that arise with vendor performance or relationships. A solid understanding of business processes, procurement, and supply chain management.? Identifying and addressing potential risks associated with third-party vendors to protect the organization (compliance)? Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organization with the ability to prioritize effectively Proven success implementing plans and taking ownership of assignments to achieve goals Highly proactive and functional in a dynamic environment Proactive approach to learning new concepts and utilizing resources when encountering new concepts or program requirements Displays well developed analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Great people skills and the ability to be personable and professional ServiceNow Experience a plus Work locationAtlanta, GA (Brookhaven) Domestic and International travel is required; up to 25% travel is expected.
