You’ll be responsible for managing the full Third Party Management Lifecycle (TPML), vendor onboarding, compliance tracking, and stakeholder support.Key Responsibilities:Oversee vendor relationships across the full TPML lifecycleTrack vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standardsIdentify and escalate risks to protect the business and ensure delivery qualityGuide stakeholders through the onboarding and engagement processLead resolution of complex vendor-related issues and serve as SMEMaintain documentation, risk records, and compliance logsSupport procurement transitions, renewals, and terminationsWork closely with internal sourcing leads and business stakeholdersPrepare presentation material and conduct supporting researchRequired Experience:5-7 years of vendor management or third-party risk experienceFamiliarity with TPML frameworks and regulatory standardsExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong time management and stakeholder interaction skillsComfortable working afternoon/evening hours to support international regionsNice-to-Have Experience:Prior banking or financial services experienceKnowledge of Coupa and Ariba procurement systemsProject management experience or trainingVendor risk assessment experienceRequired Skills:Vendor management lifecycleCommunication and relationship-buildingPerformance reporting and compliance monitoringPreferred Skills:Procurement platform tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba)Risk identification and escalationPresentation creation and research documentationStakeholder onboarding and supportAdditional Skills:High-volume stakeholder engagementProcurement documentation workflowsRisk flagging and third-party issue managementComfort with reporting cycles and KPIsFriendly, team-oriented environmentAbout the Client:Top-tier North American bank offering solutions across retail, commercial, wealth, and wholesale banking.
