Vendor Manager – Driving Value Through Strategic PartnershipsAbout The RoleWe are seeking an accomplished Vendor Manager to join our team and own our vendor landscape. This is a key role where you will shape how we collaborate with our suppliers, optimize spend, and ensure our investments directly support business performance and growth.The ideal candidate combines extensive commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and the ability to build trust-based relationships across all levels. You will manage end-to-end vendor performance, negotiate impactful agreements, and help us attain the right balance between quality, value, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesVendor ManagementEstablish and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key vendors.Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement.Cost OptimizationManage contract negotiations and evaluations to ensure financial efficiency and increased value.Track and analyze cost developments, diligently identifying opportunities for savings and improvement.CAPEX and OPEX ManagementCollaborate closely with Finance and Operations to plan, manage, and report on capital and operational expenditures.Align vendor spend with business priorities, budgets, and financial goals.Strategic PlanningDevelop and implement vendor management strategies that drive growth, professionalism, and innovation.Conduct market research to assess supplier options, emerging trends, and new partnership opportunities.Risk Management and ComplianceIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks across all vendor relationships.Ensure adherence to internal policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Extensive experience in vendor management, procurement, or supplier relations.Solid understanding of CAPEX and OPEX principles.Proficient negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Structured approach with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with procurement systems or ERP tools.Why Join UsWe believe that effective partnerships are fundamental to sustained growth.
