What You'll Be DoingOwn the customer acquisition funnel from paid channels to onboarding flows, with a focus on driving consistent growth through testing and iterationOversee Venn’s website, content strategy, customer emails, and onboarding flows to improve acquisition and activationDefine and refine how Venn’s products are positioned in the market with messaging that speaks to our ideal customer profilesCreate a consistent stream of content including blogs, landing pages, case studies, and email campaigns that drive traffic and signupsCollaborate with product and sales to align campaigns, share feedback, and support go-to-market effortsContinuously test and evolve our website to improve messaging, SEO, and conversion performanceExplore and launch new channels and tactics to expand reach and drive awarenessTrack growth metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategy based on data and insightsWhat we’re looking for:

6+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally at a startupDeep experience running paid acquisition campaigns with a strong analytical foundationStrong track record of scaling paid media budgets across diverse channels including search, social, TV, audio, OOH, and affiliateStrong grasp of website optimization, SEO, and conversion rate improvementExperience collaborating with product, design, and sales to align efforts and share insightsA balance of strategic thinking and hands-on executionPassion for innovation, test-and-learn culture, and holding self and others accountable to resultsComfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment and wearing multiple hatsBonus PointsExperience at an early-stage or fast-growing startupExperience at a fintechPerks & BenefitsHealthy equity ownership, among the most generous in the market, aligning your success with the company’s growthComprehensive coverage of medical, dental, and vision insuranceOpportunity to shape the future of business banking in Canada and beyond
