What You'll Be DoingTackle the company's toughest problems in various different areas (Ops, GTM, Partnerships, etc.
)Develop and implement innovative solutions to increase the quality of Venn products and deliver positive business outcomesWork directly with the founders in setting and ensuring operational KPIs are metBuilding and optimising scalable processes to continue Venn hyper-growthAnalyze data and provide meaningful insights to internal teams (e. g. , Product) working to improve customer experienceWhat You’ll Need3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment in any of the following areas:
