We are on a mission to create USD 1Bn in enterprise value by 2030 for Betagro Group, through establishing & scaling new ventures that accelerate our communities' access to better quality, more safe and fair priced foods.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage Betagro Group’s leadership team to define Betagro Ventures’ investment strategy and thesisDevelop and manage investment pipeline, conduct start-up due diligence and valuations, and lead transaction executionActively manage key relationships with portfolio companies and supporting them on operational, financial and growth opportunitiesActively lead strategic partnership opportunities between portfolio companies and core businesses across Betagro GroupKey Qualifications3+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, investment banking, private equity, or e-commerce/ platform-based technology companiesStrong analytical, financial modeling and valuation skillsStrong project management and analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and hands-on problem-solving mentalityStrong top-down communications & presentation skills (both written & oral), and ability to engage with senior business leadersExperience with and understanding of agile methodologies and design thinking is highly preferredTrack record and experience of incubating and scaling new businesses is highly preferred
