We’re looking for an Operations & Knowledge Lead to build the backbone of our studio — managing resources, systems, and shared learning that keep sprints, portfolio, and partnerships running seamlessly.If order and clarity excite you, this role is your playground.At Studio WIP, operations is how creativity scales. Operations Partner ensures every sprint, portfolio, and partnership runs smoothly by managing logistics, digital tools, and shared knowledge. You’ll design the systems that make collaboration effortless, thereby transforming our learnings into structured, retrievable knowledge that powers the studio’s growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem & Workflow Design: Build and maintain the studio’s operating systems (Notion, Miro, Drive, Slack, CRM) ensuring clarity and accessibility.Knowledge Management: Capture and organize sprint learnings, meeting notes, and frameworks into structured repositories.Project & Resource Coordination: Manage sprint calendars, tools, and team alignment; ensure on-time execution across all activities.Documentation & Reporting: Standardize how the studio reports progress and outcomes internally and externally.Process Improvement: Identify friction points in workflows and proactively design smoother, scalable systems.Internal Communication: Maintain rhythm across studio check-ins, retrospectives, and updates.Support Strategic Operations: Build and work with Partnerships on contracts and resource tracking; support Innovation on documentation and impact dashboards.You’ll Thrive If YouLove bringing structure and visibility to creative chaos.Believe that great systems make great ideas executable.Are detail-oriented but adaptive and enjoy building light, flexible processes.Value consistency, precision, and clarity.Are a Natural documentarian ie. enjoy organizing information for others to use.Ideal BackgroundExperience in project management, operations design, or studio coordination.Comfortable managing digital collaboration tools and integrating automations.Experience in creative, innovation, or social-impact environments preferred.Skilled at balancing strategic oversight with hands-on implementation.Good to haveYou are future-savvy and comfortable leveraging AI tools and agents like Miro, Lovable, Twain, Clay to optimize your workflows, accelerate learning, and help the studio scale faster.Because of the scale of behavior change we’re working toward, we’ll always need more hands than humanly possible.
