You’ll manage the portfolio of startups, structure sprint funding, and build relationships that expand the studio’s reach. Every connection you create brings new ideas, knowledge and capital into WIP’s ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesEcosystem Development: Build and nurture relationships with investors, accelerators, foundations, and corporate partners aligned with WIP’s mission.Venture Pipeline Management: Scout, evaluate, and onboard startups into the studio’s sprint program; align them with funding opportunities.Fundraising & Partnership Structuring: Design and negotiate collaborative programs, grants, or co-funded sprint structures.Investor Relations: Maintain funder communication, impact updates, and reports; ensure visibility into studio performance.Talent & Expert Network: Identify and onboard advisors, domain experts, and venture partners into the WIP ecosystem.Financial Oversight: Track sprint budgets, fund allocations, and contracts in coordination with Operations.Knowledge Circulation: Share insights and outcomes from sprints with external networks; organize showcases and updates that translate studio learning into ecosystem influence.You’ll Thrive If YouAre a connector who thrives on building meaningful, long-term relationships.Understand how to align purpose, capital, and innovation.Are a story-driven communicator who can turn data and insight into compelling narratives.Are Strategically patient; value depth of partnership over volume.Enjoy operating at the intersection of impact, venture, and design.Ideal BackgroundYears in partnerships, fundraising, ecosystem building, or venture development.Experience engaging with investors, philanthropy, or innovation ecosystems.Strong understanding of impact metrics and narrative reporting.Confident communicator, adept at both strategic design and relationship management.Good to haveYou are future-savvy and comfortable leveraging AI tools and agents like Miro, Lovable, Twain, Clay to optimize your workflows, accelerate learning, and help the studio scale faster.Because of the scale of behavior change we’re working toward, we’ll always need more hands than humanly possible.
