As a product owner, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between data, customers, and other stakeholders in order to improve existing product suites and identify any new product ideas. Your experience and input will be critical in understanding customer needs, shaping product requirements, and ensuring that the product roadmap aligns with the overall product vision. Your main responsibilities will be to take ownership of key website journeys like registration, login, and password reset pages, as well as any other static pages that customers can access like my account pages.
You will be in charge of improving those critical journeys as well as implementing the necessary performance metrics. ResponsibilitiesBe accountable for the website functions including the registration page, login page, password reset page, my account pages, and any static pages to provide enhanced customer experiences. Lead, shape, and drive the execution of our website roadmap. Prioritise tasks, creating epics, and stories in collaboration with business owners to make sure that work is concentrated on the most valuable ones. Ensuring that the product backlog is transparent, visible, and understood as well as communicated clearly and effectively.
Continually conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Take the lead in agile product development procedures, such as product releases, backlog grooming, and sprint planning. Work closely with the development team to translate product requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features. Monitor key metrics and stakeholder feedback continuously to improve and optimise product performance by using a data-driven decision-making process.
