Our Head office is located in Mount Pritchard and supports businesses across NSW, QLD, VIC and the ACT.THE ROLEWe are currently searching for an experienced and dedicated Venue Supervisor to support the team on a full-time basis at Halekulani Bowling Club located in Budgewoi, NSW!As a Venue Supervisor, you will be a customer focused professional that will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations throughout the venue to ensure memorable moments are created with all visitors.More specifically, some duties will include but are not limited to:Ensuring compliance with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA, RCG, HACCP and Gaming RegulationsLiaise with relevant stakeholders as necessary to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsEnsure continuous improvement of our service deliveryAttend and manage customer complaints and issuesSupervision of employees including training and development as well as oversee and manage employee performanceAssist with compliance requirements by accurately updating reports in Risk ManagerAbout YouPrevious experience in a similar roleHold a current RSA, RCG and Advanced RCG Competency CardA solid understanding of gaming operations, food and beverage outlets and ability to work within and supervise these departmentsAbility to build a coherent team and provide a high level of customer serviceWillingness to build long-term relationship with customersAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentPossess a “hands on” approach and an impressive eye for detailExcellent practical knowledge of WH&S principalsImpeccable grooming and presentationExceptional oral and verbal communication skillsAvailability to work a flexible roster that includes days, nights and weekendsOur BenefitsOnsite parkingUniforms providedLimitless training opportunitiesJoin Australia’s growing leading hospitality groupWHY MOUNTIES?We have over 280,000 members and are listed as one of Australia’s top privately owned companies.
