ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES1Take part in training and implement accordingly2Keep superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area 3Adapt to unexpected situation4Knowledgeable and compliant to Rules and Regulations prevailing in the Establishment5Abide to grooming in accordance with hotel’s standards6Roster – Follow up and formatting Kitchen Rosters7Ensure that Vipertex is being updated on a daily basis8Ensure proper leave management for kitchen team9Participate actively in Eco Standard/Sustainable Responsibility set by the hotel10Ensure energy saving (electricity and water)11Comply with Quality Management System, HACCP and S&H regulations and policies12Receive and examine work programmes from superior13Respect and apply SOP14Ensure compliance to all safety standards15Respect procedures for food handling purposes16Ensure the cleaning of the workplace17Follow up and act according to HR Procedure18Follow up of Uniforms disclaimer from process19Record of all overtime with reason on excel format20Monthly report of overtime as per standard format21Ensure that operation related information is being communicated to the Kitchen Operation Team and Outlet Chefs22Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units23Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society
