The Performance Media Analyst is responsible for managing the end to end paid media for clients, including planning, implementing, and reporting on campaigns. They work within a variety of platforms and collaborate with VERB's internal teams to ensure the best ROI for their clients.

What You Will DoResponsible for monitoring, optimizing and reporting campaigns on an ongoing basisOptimize campaigns based on goals and review analytics Work directly with analytics to report on insights Establish channel and tactical strategies along the path-to-purchase Establish benchmarks and projections for tacticsWork directly with clients to present findings and strategyWork with creative teams to develop fresh concepts and ideas that drive results Work with development teams on tracking plans, best practices and issue resolutionMonitor campaign budgets and results and make budget and channel allocation recommendationsSet-up and manage campaigns across various digital platforms Set up new accounts and implement account strategyPresent and report to clients Proof dashboards prior to status meetingsGrow expertise and skillset across all paid media channels by working closely with strategists and team leadsMaintain knowledge of industry best practices and developments in technologyDraft POVs on new tools and tactics, as requiredDraft search and social copy, as requiredRequirements2-4 years of experience managing paid mediaPost-secondary education in advertising, marketing, journalism, business or relevant experience Knowledgeable and proficient with paid social platforms (i.

e. , Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
