This role is managing the on site operations with a focus around continuous improvement and operational excellence - streamlining their day to day activities. Although this is going to be the initial focus, this position is about developing their operations, personnel and so much more, every year will look a little different based on the impact you're able to make. This role is for a a European HQ Pharmaceutical Service organisation in an exciting growth phase—this role will be based out of their US site in Tennessee.

Help support their expansion plans, including facility growth, increased output, and scaling up operational capability. What You BringExperience leading manufacturing, production or operations teams within a CDMO / CMO or regulated, multi-customer environment. Similar companies like Catalent, Thermo Fisher, Fujifilm, Recipharm etc. A proven track record of guiding teams through scale up and change, if this is with a PE backed organisation that is an added benefitYou empower rather than dictate, and you lead by listening and acting with intention.
Deep knowledge of lean, continuous improvement, or Six Sigma, and the ability to connect strategy to execution in a hands on, collaborative way.
