As an Auto Insurance Verifier, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of insurance information. You will review, validate, and verify customer documents and data to confirm eligibility, coverage details, and policy compliance. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesReview and verify auto insurance applications, policy details, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.Communicate with customers, agents, and third-party providers to confirm information or resolve discrepancies.Ensure compliance with company standards, state regulations, and insurance industry guidelines.Accurately update and maintain records in internal systems and databases.Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to ensure smooth policy processing.Identify potential fraud or inconsistencies and escalate as necessary.Meet daily and weekly verification targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Experience:2 year of experience as a auto insurance verifiers.
