The Sales Executive role is a client-facing, consultative sales position ideal for someone with 1–2 years of B2B sales experience eager to grow in outside sales and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The role involves generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach, social media, industry events, and personal networks; collaborating with senior Account Executives to develop tailored solutions; attending trade shows and industry events; maintaining expert-level knowledge of Veriforce’s safety and compliance solutions; managing sales pipelines and forecasts in Salesforce CRM; meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs; delivering exceptional customer experience; learning client business models; and traveling regionally for client meetings, site visits, and events. Priority is given to candidates with experience calling on refineries and chemical plants.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred), 1–2 years of B2B sales experience ideally in energy, utilities, telecom, or industrial sectors, proven ability to achieve or surpass sales goals, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong prospecting and deal-closing skills, proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, and being a highly motivated, organized, and proactive self-starter.
