Group FP&A senior Analyst

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Group FP&A Senior Analyst. Reporting and working closely with the Group FP&A Director, as well as the rest of the team, this position will play a critical role in shaping the company’s strategic direction by delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting and forecasts. This role offers a unique opportunity to work internationally across diverse geographies and provide a helicopter view on all company financials. It allows you to develop a deep understanding of Verisure’s business model.

About the roleAs the Group FP&A Senior Analyst, you will be instrumental in delivering accurate, timely, and well-presented financial reporting and forecasts. You will help manage the reporting cycle, including monthly internal reports and budget/forecast processes. By identifying, maintaining, and evaluating critical information, you will enable sound planning and decision-making, recommending actions that propel the company forward.

This role is pivotal in driving our vision forward, spearheading data analytics and insight initiatives that shape the company’s strategic direction. You will control the performance of various programs, initiatives, and overall company operations, ensuring they align with our objectives. Your responsibilities include preparing high-quality materials for distribution and presentation, offering clarity and impact in communicating key insights. With a truly international scope, this position offers the opportunity to work across diverse geographies and cultures, collaborating with teams in Europe and Latin America.

A significant part of the role involves partnering with local finance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality reporting, as well as developing and implementing KPIs and analytical measurement tools that drive efficiency and accountability. The role is based in Geneva. Other responsibilities:       Analyze performance and deliver actionable insights. Prepare monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making. Partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate, transparent reporting. Conduct deep-dive country analyses to identify opportunities and improve ROI. Enhance the Board pack and ensure compliance with financial policies. Support finance maturity initiatives and annual FP&A seminars.

Track KPIs, manage P&L reporting, and prepare audit reports. About you: We’re looking for someone with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience in data modeling, who can leverage quantitative analysis to drive key business decisions. You’ll need to communicate effectively in English, and additional European languages are a bonus. The ideal person thrives in dynamic environments, staying adaptable and resilient when things change. You’re self-driven, hands-on, and always ready to dive into the details to make an impact. Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a closely related field is essential. Additionally, a professional accounting qualification (such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA) is highly preferred3 to 5 years in Finance, FP&A, corporate strategy, Transactional Services, Strategy consulting with assignments in finance is required - with a strong preference for candidates who have thrived in an international and matrix setting.
