In this crucial role, you will be providing Exceptional Care to the individuals that call Verland their Home. Shifts AvailableFull Time- 36 hoursWeek 1 * 6 am - 6: 30 pm: Wednesday thru FridayWeek 2 * 6 am - 6: 30 pm: Thursday thru SaturdayThe Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for individualized care and ongoing support for people in our community with complex physical, medical and intellectual challenges. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

ContributionsEnrich and support the lives of our residents while maintaining a safe and healthy environmentIntroduce and encourage skill development through active treatment activitiesImplement individualized programs; record all observations and daily progress notes. Participate in planning social, home, and recreational activitiesAssist with meals and perform cleaning and laundry duties in the houseTransport clients to appointments and activities in Verland vehiclesBathe, dress, and assist clients with personal hygieneHousekeeping duties as neededOther duties as assignedExceptional BenefitsMinimum of 30 hours worked, and employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package:
