We are seeking a talented and motivated Onboarding Acceleration Specialist to join our growing team. What You'll Be Doing: Work closely with the Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth and efficient client transition. Provide personalized support and guidance to clients throughout the onboarding journey, helping them with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements. Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks or delays in the onboarding process, such as missing or inconsistent client information. Monitor and track onboarding progress against established timelines and key performance indicators.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the ongoing optimisation of the onboarding function. What You Need: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in onboarding, project management, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with financial onboarding best practices and technologies. Understanding and interpreting Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) documentation requirements for different countries.
