Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and schedule engaging social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Manage paid ads campaigns across social platforms to maximize reach and conversions. Design eye-catching marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, and digital assets using Canva.
Collaborate with agents to promote new listings, open houses, and events. Track performance metrics for posts and ads, adjusting strategy as needed. Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and professional standards. Requirements: Previous experience in real estate marketing or social media management is preferred. Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital ad platforms. Proficiency in Canva or other design tools. Excellent copywriting and visual content creation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Familiarity with SEO, lead generation strategies, or CRMs is a plus.
